Do I have to do DLT registration myself?+

No. We register your principal entity, sender IDs and SMS templates on Jio TrueConnect — the TRAI-mandated DLT registry — for you, usually within 24 hours, and keep the registry in sync as templates change. You stay compliant without touching the portal.

How fast is SMS delivery in India?+

What is the difference between transactional and promotional SMS on DLT?+

Transactional / service templates (OTPs, alerts, order and payment updates) are tied to a user action and are not subject to promotional time-window or scrubbing rules. Promotional SMS needs separate consent and DLT scrubbing. We register your templates in the correct category so they clear and deliver reliably.

Can SMS fall back to WhatsApp or voice automatically?+

Yes. One verification ID routes across SMS, WhatsApp and voice by reachability and cost — if a channel isn't reachable it falls back automatically, so a number that can't receive SMS still gets verified.
